The European co-operation programme Interreg IVA France (Channel) - England will organise its Major Annual Event on 8 and 9 November 2010 in Exeter or its surroundings. A public procurement procedure to choose the organisation who will organise this event has been launched by the programme's Joint Technical Secretariat at the Conseil Régional de Haute-Normandie (Upper Normandy Regional Council ) based in Rouen, France.
The public procurement procedure's documents are available in English and in French and can be downloaded on the Upper Normandy Regional Council website in two steps:
