Pluss is a non profit distributing organisation specialising in employment, training and equipment services for people with disabilities, employing over 500 staff and with a turnover of over £20 million. Pluss is one of the largest and most successful businesses of its kind in the country. Due to ongoing success and growth potential, Pluss is seeking to recruit a Skills & Training Development Manager

The Job:
You will play a vital role in determining training and development needs for Pluss' staff and customers. This will involve developing, managing and evaluating a range of learning and development opportunities that will meet aims of learners and Pluss' company objectives. You will lead on planning and implementation of solutions, manage the allocated budget and ensure that the requirements of funding, accreditation and inspection agencies are met.

The Person:
Possess a detailed understanding of Government strategies relating to skills and employment. Knowledge in the development of programmes relevant to disabled and disadvantaged learners. Relevant training, skills or business sector qualification with management experience in a learning and skills environment.
