As people sign up to LifeWorklife.co.uk, if they match one of your roles, you will get an email telling you that they are there - you can then review their profile and if they may be useful to you in the future you add them to your team.
This way, you build up a database of people that you can then easily interview or let part time assignments to and get to know them before you contract with them.
