Other news: Free Management Consultancy from the Cranfield Trust

The current financial situation has meant that many Charities are experiencing a reduction in funding and are finding it difficult to make ends meet. The Cranfield Trust can help in a number of important ways.

Perhaps your business plan needs updating to enable you to apply for funding from the public and private sector. You may need help in identifying costs, cashflow management or improving your financial management information. Alternatively, you may be considering a new trading opportunity and would like some help in planning it. You may be thinking of taking a fresh look at your marketing plan or have staffing issues (e.g. reviewing salary scales, reporting structure, team building). The Cranfield Trust would be pleased to help with any of these.

Each project is individually tailored to meet the particular needs of your organisation. The Cranfield Trust's remit is to work with registered charities and not for profit organisations addressing issues of poverty, disability and social exclusion.
